We reported yesterday that daughter Bobbi Kristina will be the sole recipient of Whitney Houston’s estate and apparently Gary Houston is okay with that.

TMZ caught up with Gary Houston yesterday in New York and he isn’t the least bit concerned about being left out of his sister’s will.

He’s still in the grieving process and hasn’t given that much thought.

Gary Houston told TMZ:

“I dont concern myself with any of that [will stuff] … All I know is my sister’s gone.”

Bobbi Kristina will receive all of her mother’s assets (estimated at around $20 million) in incremental stages at designated birthdays.

Bobbi will receive a chunk on her 21st birthday, another portion on her 25th birthday and the rest on her 30th birthday.

If she somehow dies before reaching 30, then Whitney’s assets will be split among her relatives and ex-husband Bobby Brown.

I feel it was wrong of Whitney Houston to leave her brother out of her will after all it would’ve been nice Whitney included her brother in her will. Lisa Weiner
