After recently canceling Rosie O’Donnell’s show, the Oprah Winfrey Network continues to struggle and was forced to lay off roughly 30 people.

The decision came yesterday as 30 workers from 3 departments were sent packing, including 2 high-level executives: The Creative Services Department head and the Senior VP of Production.
The OWN network has received low ratings from the start so this comes as no surprise. One source says that it feels like a “ghost town” over there.
Sources tell TMZ:
“They did the firings respectfully … brought everyone into an officeindividually and explained the situation face to face.”
