The house where Michael Jackson passed away in is back on the market for a whopping $23.9 million.

The home is 17,000 square feet and is complete with 13 bathrooms, a guest house, pool, and an elevator.

Mauricio Umansky is the realtor of the pristine estate and is also the CEO of The Agency in Beverly Hills – Los Angeles’ premiere realty agency for luxury homes.

Apparently, he will ONLY show the property to serious, pre-qualified buyers. In other words, if you don’t have the money, then see ya later honey!

The home went back on the market Monday after not getting any sniffs the first time around. Currently, a “major celebrity” is highly interested.

Can’t wait to find out who that is! Any guesses?
