Easter is Sunday and I have a few tips and some Easter Trivia to get you through it! I am sure it’s eggs-actly what you need!
If you’re worried about eating too much candy, here are three things to keep in mind:
- Eat Only The Candy You Love! Have a few favorites and you’ll be less likely to load up on chocolate bunnies!
- Avoid Candy With “Partially Hydrogenated Oil”. It’s code for trans fat, which raises bad cholesterol, and lowers good cholesterol.
- Make Sure You Don’t Have Leftovers. Wait, I don’t mean buy a ton of candy and eat it all! I mean buy small amounts and you won’t have to worry.

In 1953 one peep took 27 minutes to make, now it takes 6 minutes.
Yellow Peeps are the most popular color followed by pink, lavender, blue and white.
Americans consume 16 billion jelly beans a year! So at 4 calories each, that equals 64 billion calories total!
In America we make 90 million chocolate bunnies each year for Easter.
Now go and have a Happy Easter!
