Easter is Sunday and I have a few tips and some Easter Trivia to get you through it! I am sure it’s eggs-actly what you need!

If you’re worried about eating too much candy, here are three things to keep in mind:

  1. Eat Only The Candy You Love! Have a few favorites and you’ll be less likely to load up on chocolate bunnies!
  2. Avoid Candy With “Partially Hydrogenated Oil”. It’s code for trans fat, which raises bad cholesterol, and lowers good cholesterol.
  3. Make Sure You Don’t Have Leftovers. Wait, I don’t mean buy a ton of candy and eat it all! I mean buy small amounts and you won’t have to worry.

Easter Candy Trivia!

A Marshmallow Peep has 32 calories.

In 1953 one peep took 27 minutes to make, now it takes 6 minutes.

Yellow Peeps are the most popular color followed by pink, lavender, blue and white.

Americans consume 16 billion jelly beans a year! So at 4 calories each, that equals 64 billion calories total!

In America we make 90 million chocolate bunnies each year for Easter.

Now go and have a Happy Easter!
