Dr. Conrad Murray, the man found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of pop star Michael Jackson, doesn’t think he’ll make it much longer in the Los Angeles County Jail, so he’s pleading with the judge to have him transferred.

TMZ reports that Murray isn’t asking for home confinement. Rather, he would like to be transferred to a prison instead so he can receive better treatment.

Currently, the disgraced physician is behind bars at the L.A. County Jail, supposedly only receiving fresh air once a month and clean underwear just once a week.

Murray’s health is in jeopardy as a result of his current conditions. He’s been experiencing constant headaches, and is now under the belief that he has a brain tumor. When Murray requested for medical attention he was denied.

Murray told his attorney Valerie Wass, “I may not make it out of here alive. This is a very dangerous place. I’m in here dying. The system is intent on killing me.”
